It's fake. Do not pay them.
It's illegal to charge employees from any recuitment agency (at least in BC).
Normal head hunter/recuitment agency ONLY charge employers/owners of businesses.
BTW what is a "Store Kipper".... Even if it's a typo of "store keeper", it's NOT a commonly used for a job title in Canada. (Store manager is more common)

Again fake…why would you need to pay arbitrator in Luxembourg and Benin. Don’t give money. No employer pays airfare. Grammar and spelling mistakes too.
I received a job offer from my cousin who is in Canada. someone can help me is it original or fake
