Question: How can I get a job offer from a canadian employer? I have sent out resumes in hospitals in canada..3 of them replied that they no option available at this time for foreign workers" 2 other have not replied yet.

Pattern: Isnt that you have to talk to a canadian employer to arrange your papaers at Human Resources Division of Canada? and the HR will need to have a positive or "go" signal from Labour Options.

Next Question: How can i find a canadian employer that is "willing" to hire you indeterminately or "needs" your servces.. I mean there so many posting of openings in Canada job market...but very few hire foreigners? i think? o_O

Anyone care to post their help on this one, or same problem on this one, or thoughts..I dont care..just post something relevant to this..I might get something out of it. or someone else will also

HELP EACH OTHER TO IMMIGRATE! O vO))~~!! :D

Hi,

You have the basic principle right...

You apply for a job..
You have the right qualifications and experience....
If the employer decided you are the right candidate for the position the have to apply for a LMO (labour market opinion) which needs to be positive in order for then to offer you employment.
To get a positive LMO the employer needs to do the following..

1. Advertise for the position in prominent places (ie television, newspaper, trade magazine, job bank) for a number of weeks (not sure what it is now but was 6 I think)
2. Have to review the applicants and determine that nobody who is already a citizen or who has PR is suitable for the position
3. Apply for the LMO

Based on the board agreeing with all the data provided a decision is made to grant a positive or negative LMO

If positive they can then offer you a position and you can apply for temporary residency as somebody who has arrange employment.

As you can see, it's not an easy task and I believe getting more difficult as CIC tighten up the immigration rules.

Good luck!
