Hi everyone,

I do not have a job offer but I do have a permanent job in BC..with appropriate NOC code
So does anyone know what I would answer to that question? Yes/No.
If I answers YES then it asks for info of employer. Looks like if I answer NO then they don't have a similar set of question about my employer..Can anyone help???

Thanks!

Hey

If you're not a permanent resident of Canada or a citizen, you can't have a permanent job my friend! So you say "yes" to Job Offer because it is about job offer for if/when you become a permanent resident. It won't give you anything if you don't have an LMIA for your current job or your job offer, though. If you do, 600 points!

I'm sure he means 'permanent' in the sense that the job has no set end date like a temporary contractual role would.

In that case you say you have a job offer, from your current employer for your current job essentially, because they would effectively be offering you that role should you be granted PR.

What if my open work permit doesnt have an NOC number as they request it there because it is a post graduate work permit (an open work permit).
What should I write down?
