Job offer from Quebec, not relocated yet and express entry

Hello,

I'm in a tricky situation I needed help on. I have got LIMA positive job offer from Quebec after 6 month of Visa processing however I have not immigrated to Canada yet as I'm awaiting employer green light and honestly I'm not sure when/if they are gonna give it! To avoid having to keep going through work permit applications, last week I submitted my Express Entry application and used my current job offer in it and I'm standing at 455 now. My questions are:

1_ Will my EE application get processed in this situation?
2_ How about I get the green light from the employer and relocate? Will it still process?
3_ Does getting a new work permit from a federal employer ease the process?

My intention in either cases would be to live outside Quebec saying that I will want to find an employer outside Quebec after my current contract, it's hard for me to learn French, or have relatives in Ontario which is easier for me to live near them. Would these justify it?

I'd appreciate to hear your opinion on this and what the best solution is at this point.

Yes, I have got the work Visa , just awaiting the employer to tell me when to move to Canada (Quebec) but I don't know when/if they are going to say it!
On the EE application (the very first one) I did include this job offer from Quebec. Still awaiting ITA. Without it, my score becomes 405.
