Job Offer from a new-founded company

Dear All,

I have entered the Express Entry Pool. My points are 349.

I know that If i got a job offer, i will take more points.

I have a friend in Ontario. When I told him with my case, he told me that he will establish a new company and will register it in the next week. He is a Permanent Resident.

I am now in Egypt, and He will be willing to hire me for a full-time job.

My question is, can I have a job offer from this company when it is just registered? I mean I will use the job offer to add it to my EE profile and not as a Provincial Nominee.

Is there any limits on when the company is registered or how much money in its Capital to be able to sponsor a foreign worker, other than the Labor Market Assessment?

Please let me know.

Why post this in more than one thread for the same answer. Company must be esrablished for min 12 months and must provide copies of registration and believe deals of taxes. Details here http://www.esdc.gc.ca/en/foreign_workers/hire/permanent/overview.page

So just creating a new company without it being established unlikely to get through the process

Thank you.

it seems that i will never come to Canada.

The EE needs a job offer. If not, you can go to the Province Nominee. Then I went to the Province Nominee as another solution. and found that the PN needs also a job offer.

I contacted many employers in Canada. They said i am qualified. but a little small issue is there. You are not in Canada. we need someone who is ready to start the work. So, if you ad PR, we can hire you.

How i can be a PR? Apply for EE. then you will need a job offer. If not, you can use the PN. OK, the PN is good, lets read about it. OHHH, it is all need a job offer. Lets search for a job offer. I found a job, ohhhhh, the employer need a PR. Lets apply for the EE. The EE needs a job offer, or you can try the PN. The PN needs a job offer. OK. Lets search for a job. The job needs you to be in Canada.

SO, you need to immigrate to Canada, apply for an immigration program. which needs a job offer, which needs you to be already in Canada, which needs to apply for an Immigration program, which needs a job offer which needs you to be in Canada, which needs you to apply for a an Immigration program, which needs a job offer which needs you to be in Canada an Immigration program, which needs a job offer which needs you to be in Canad, an Immigration program, which needs a job offer which needs you to be in Canada, an Immigration program, which needs a job offer which needs you to be in Canada......

It is Impossible

A job offer isn't enough to get 600 points - your employer must also obtain an approved LMIA. For the LMIA to be approved, the company will have to prove they advertised the job for at least a month and were unable to find a Canadian to hire for the role.

I think you are faced with the same issue as many people but then again you can understand why there is a process in place else why bother having any process and just let anyone into the country whether they could work , support themselves or not leaving the state to pick up the pieces. I am sure that even Egypt has rules about who can emigrate to Egypt same as any other country.

Your proposal might fly eventually once your friends company has been established for some time with registration and accounts to demonstrate is a real business but probably talking a few years to get there and then need to follow the LMIA process. The key is being an established business not one created for purpose something immigration are always on the look out for.

yes, this is confirmed from the employer. they will post the ad and follow the LMIA procedures. but they have just registered the company this month. this is the only obstacle.

Yes, I understand, and I know that the process is applied for all.

The new company is real one. but it has just registered this month. this is the only issue.

So, is there any way i can have the PNP without a job offer?

I read on the Prince Edward website that this is possible but not 100% sure. anyone has any idea how to have the PNP without a job offer?

Thanks

Hi,

Regarding PNP, most of the companies need to be established with years in business to be ranging from 1 to 3 years but for some like Northwest Territories, it is 6 months. Check the particular province employer's requirement of LMIA and then wait till the completion of that period to apply for PNP.

Define

Is this going to be for a real job, or merely a job that facilitates you obtaining your PR? If it's the latter, I doubt anyone on this forum wants to help you commit fraud.

No, it is a real job, as a full-time English - Arabic translator.

I already started the work for them as From Home base, and i asked them to offer me the job to be in-house from Canada, but they said that they have just registered the company.

Thank you Define, so, without any job offer, can i still benefit from the PNP? do you know any province that does not need a job offer for its PNP?

Are you a translator by profession with a few years of paid work experience in this field?

Yes, with 7-year experience. 3 years as full-time in house, and 4 years as self-employed.

I am certified from many international bodies and i have the experience letters that proof my experience.

That's very good for getting the actual work permit approved.

However your employer obviously still needs to obtain the approved LMIA and prove no one else could be hired.
