Job offer for permanent employee

Maybe clarify why you are asking the question. Do you have a job offer letter yourself and you want to ensure the terms you have been offered are consistent with other people’s job offers ?

thank you for your response, i would appreciate if someone can tell me whether or not i need a LMIA , if i am applying for my immigration using express entry program from outside Canada under federal Skilled worker program and I am offered a permanent job of a managerial level by my employer based in Toronto, Ontario and who is ready to offer me a permanent job for a period of more than one year , that will help me in applying and approving my application of immigration and getting me a permanent residence in Canada
