Hi,

I have some situation where I can't figure out. Could you please help me.

I have been working in Canada for 1.5 years on a closed work permit which lmia exempt.
I want to get extra 50 points for a job offer in EE but don't know what document to ask from the employer. Should they issue a new job offer that is similar to the one which I used to relocate to Canada? some letter from employer that I'm working there, etc?

In the requirements, it says "If you have a new job offer " but it isn't new once.

If you read the link you posted, it says there:

Your job offer must:

  • be recent (usually less than 1 year old)
    • You can’t use the same job offer letter that you used to get your work permit.

the link also mentioned the needed details for the new job offer.

Yes, I've seen but does it mean that the current employer should issue a new job offer while I'm working? It seems to be unreasonable.

It may seem unreasonable, but that’s IRCC’s requirements. That’s why it’s worth 50 points.

Don't you know if it can be just a letter which simply says that I'm currently working and my employer wants me to continue working after I get PR without providing a new offer letter?

If it’s not mentioned that the offer is valid 1 year after obtaining PR, it’ll be the officer’s discretion whether to accept the offer letter or not.

In this first message I've just specified this " a closed work permit which lmia exempt."
you need you employer to specify you have a permanent job, or that they will give you 1 year after pr whenever you get the pr, or some dates ahead in the future: his current job will run until December 2024, for example.

a work permit in itself is not a job offer

to be honest, right now I dont know why you will need such headache. Most probably you have enough points for the coming cec round

Thank you.
So, the main concern for me is "may it be just a letter where the employer specifies that it's a permanent job and wants me to work for him after I get a PR" without issuing a new Job Offer.

pretty much... As far as the letter has signature, letterhead, date, etc. A formal official one

There are samples in the forum

but follow https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

and make sure the letter contains all info

Can we answer "No" to the question of job offer despite having one? I already have 600 points from PNP and I don't need those 50. Please suggest?
