Fake. Please make it clear in your mind no Canadian employer offers any sponsorship letters. Even here in Canada they are least bothered about paperwork for the employees, so how would you think they would care about outside labour work.

Please can someone help me with genuine sample of a job offer letter from Canada?
There is no fixed definition of job offer. You just need the difference between fake and real. Mostly no Canadian employer offer job to outside like on any job bank or similar nor do they offer free accommodation or plane tickets (its a big red flag if you are offered those). Its like a normal employer offering job with basic things like job description, salary, job hours on their letterhead. Hope this helps.

For job offer only have this way to find?Genuine or fake
I don't understand what you are asking. Most job offers are fake / scams.

Are they offering to pay for your flight or accommodations or food? If so, it is a scam.

If they are asking you for money, then it is also a scam.
