As above all fake there is no job, the hotel does not exist, the website for the scam has been suspended as well
I got an offer later from helt engineering company . I am confused about whether this is genuine or fake. Is any company with this

Based on our satisfaction regarding your work experience, qualification and the interview you had with us online, we are pleased in offering you a job in our reputed organization as (CIVIL ENGINEER).
Your annual total salary from the company will be $109,440.00 (One hundred and Nine Thousand, Four Hundred and Forty Canadian Dollars), then your monthly salary $9,120.00 is already stated in the attachment of this email, which implies that you will be receiving 38.00 CAD per hour for the job. You will be on a probation period of Six months from the date of your appointment. During this period, your services can be terminated with a notice or reasons. Your probation period may be extended at the management’s discretion in the event, if your performance/conduct is below the acceptable standards. After the probationary period, your services can be terminated on giving one month’s notice in writing from either side or upon payment of one month’s notice pay in lieu thereof.
You will be required to work at the premises/offices as assigned by the management from time to time, and you will be liable to be transferred to other offices depending on exigencies of service.
In case you are agreeable to the terms and conditions as set out herein above, you are requested to sign the attached copy of this joining letter/contract of agreement in token of your acceptance. We look forward to your dedicated efforts, excellent performance and commitment towards work and organization.
Kindly be informed that your Canadian Life Insurance Certificate will be Processed and issued to you there in your home country under the authority of Canada Embassy/Consulate, because it has to be submitted before you can resume the duty post which you have been assigned for.

Nearly all construction job offers are fake and this one looks no different.
Companies/lawyers simply do not have a capability to negotiate work permits through specific named individuals in any embassy/ consulate.
Checking the website link would you really think a company that quotes jobs up to 10000 dollars is going to employ a civil engineer at over 100k dollars. Note also engineers in Canada need to be licensed no mention of that,
do not share copies any documents or pay any money
