This is the dead giveaway that it's fake. If you're not even in Canada, how can the employer prove your qualification to do the job without an interview? Employers don't just hand out jobs to non-citizens and non-PR (especially when they're not in Canada) when a lot of citizens and PRs are struggling to get a job.
