Job offer, but with open work permit

Hi,
Can I claim points for job offer if I have open work permit (spouse of skilled worker)? I work in NOC B for more than 1 year for my employer, however I worry that open work permit doesn't belong to LMIA-extempt job offers (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/exempt.asp).
Please advise.

Your thoughts are right. Open work permit is not qualified for that. Try to ask your employer to apply for an LMIA.

They refused to do it, as they are not willing to provide company documents.

Lmia gives 50 points only. Do not you have any option to increase your points? For example good IELTS...or something
