Job offer but confused about teer

Hey so I got a job offer from concentrix and the job title says it is technical support advisor 2.But I am not too sure if its fall under the noc B category or teer 2/3.Is there anyone here who worked in a similar position in concentrix or anyone else who can clarify on this issue?
