Just the way it is worded, the grammar (information's ??, interview responds ??)) and asking for copies of documents suggest it is not genuine and follows many other suspicious offers posted as examples on here..

Even the email address domain is suspicious, why not avcorp.com. The email refers to a 'position above', what position as that is not even mentioned and where does it mention anything about a phone or skype interview or even being legally allowed to work in Canada ?

Probably not that important but actual company name is Avcorp Industries INC.

Has all the signs of possible id theft but you can always contact the real company but not on the email the above was sent from of course

Canadian offer letters are never written that way. Anyone from Canada can very quickly tell this is fake.
