They don't have an LMIA number because they're scammers. They want you to send them your passport or other personal documents so they can steal your identity.

I don't understand what you are asking. This is a scam. Nothing they give you will be real.

At this point it's really your choice what you do. If you want to throw away your money and give it to scammers, that's your choice.

In the advert, the emphasis is on passport, though I applied without one but later submitted mine.
