Are you sure the job offer is real?

Has the employer obtained an approved LMIA?

Do you suggest I ask for the LMIA number?
The LMIA is mandatory if you want to apply for a work permit or if you want to use this job towards PR.

Are they offering to pay for your accommodations or flight or food?

What should I do now and what should I watch out for?
You should assume that pretty much all job offers are scams. What you received is definitely a scam.

If you want to move to Canada, you should focus on qualifying to immigrate and apply for PR without a job offer.

The email is unprofessional and full of basic spelling and factual errors, but it can be harder to notice those if you're unfamiliar with Canadian norms, so the important thing to remember is that if you didn't apply for the job yourself, it's a scam.

No legitimate firm sends out unsolicited offers, and no consultant or agent can guarantee you a job and a work permit.

Anyone representing the Government of Canada will have an email address ending in gc.ca or canada.ca, not .com or anything else.

You can also search the name of the company, and for "Frederick Farm Construction" one of the first results is a warning that it's a scam; their website appears to be registered in Gabon.

I appreciate your response, but I wish to state that I applied for the job by sending my resume to an email as the application process demands.
Secondly, they send me an application form after some days to fill and submit my details.
And finally, they send me the employees employer contract agreement form to accept if I am ok with their condition of service.

Could it be real or scam?

An sorry to ask, could it be scam even when I actually applied for the above job?
