See you asked a question which is kinda hypothetical. Getting a job depends on a number of factors :-
1) Individual 's knowledge and experience in a particular field. If you have work experience previously or you have got a good base knowledge about any stuff (practical) then getting job is not a big deal.
2)depends on where the individual goes (I mean university/college) and what kind of institution. A better ranked univ will have better tie ups with more number of companies and thus most of the students end up with a job
3)depends on the kind of program (whether co-op or a normal one)
4) depends on a region and the job sector present in the region .i.e the demand in that place for the kind of skilled job you are hunting for.
thus the question you asked is quite vague ( I am sorry if its kinda hurting). First research a lot about the points I mentioned and check for the program you want to pursue. I hope it clears your doubt!!!!!!!!
