Hello all.
I am chef by profession and have little more than 2 years of work experience. My previous and current work got me Italian and pan-asian(Japanese) cuisine skills, and now I am able to get job as chef in an Indian Restaurant in Canada. Next step is apply for HRSDC approval but I was concerned that if I would face problem with not having work experience in an Indian Restaurant. I would also like to mention that I previously done Bachelors in Hotel Management from India and there I have studied a lot about Indian Cuisine(both theory and practical Indian kitchen operation).
