Job market for Financial Professionals

Hello,

I'm a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and CPA from US and have 9+ years of experience in Financial Reporting in banking industry. Request some valuable guidance on which city is a better option to search for the job for people similar to my profile, Toronto or Vancouver?

Others can comment but I would have said Toronto but you can do some research by looking at various job sites such as indeed.ca to assess job openings in either location.

Would agree. Jobs in this industry are extremely competitive. If you look at this forum you will see that there is a large number of people with similar experience immigrating to especially the GTA and many Canadians competing for similar positions. Canada is a relatively small country so just be aware that there are only so many jobs to go around. Not discouraging you from immigrating but want to pain a realistic picture.
