is it a skilled job? what is the NOC code? is it one of NOC 0,A or B?

call center agents likely fall under NOC 6552 which is under Skill level C. supervisory positions NOC 6314 under Skill level B.

My job exp is mentioned below:
Technical support associate- 20 months.
US healthcare AR analyst - 3 years.
Admin assistant - 29 months.

Hi

I am a Customer service manager by designation in a Pharmaceutical company (company produces pharma products and supply to clients across world through the plant at USA/Europe). I do coordination on order entry to shipment and handling customer queries...etc. It involves customer forecast/supply chain/logistics coordination activities as well.
Is it under NOC: 0621?

Please advise.
