Job Finding Web sites

Hello

I have been living in US, before I came on study permit to CA. Now I am trying to start my app for PR.

In US monster.com is the best site to post your resume, and get job offers. I get hundreds of offers every year because of that web site.

So I posted my resume now on Canadian version of Monster.ca website. And I am not receiving any offers at all. I have extensive Programming, Server Admin, DBA, Project Manager experience. But I am not getting any offers.

SO I think may be there is some other job finding sites in Canada that the employers really use to find potential employees. Can somebody guide me to any such sites.

SO mainly what I am asking is 'How do you find available jobs in CA' (when you do have expertise that are needed everywhere)? Do Canadian companies post jobs in newspapers or they prefer online postings (which web sites)?

Thank you (sorry for repetition of some questions here, trying to explain in detail:))

monster.ca is still a good site here, but you may also want to try these:

www.workopolis.com (the largest in Canada)
www.eluta.ca
www.indeed.ca
www.simplyhired.com

the first 3 on this list are excellent.

While US/Canadian resumes are very similiar, there are some small differences so make sure your resume is tailored for this market.
