Hi, I have done my mbbs and I am currently doing my housejob. I want to know if I can apply for express entry with only 1 year of work/housejob experience?
NOC 31102 – General practitioners and family physicians is asking for 2-3 years of family medicine residency training, while ELAAR Immigration says that At least 6 months of continuous work experience is required. Can someone please guide me on this? Thanks

Thank you so much for your response! Could you kindly share what documents you provided to verify your house job experience? Additionally, what proof did you submit to confirm it was a paid position?

i personally didn't claim points for my house job experience as i had other more recent experiences.
the documents i submitted included an experience letter that also detailed the job duties (consult this link for reference but don't copy, and paste this information in your experience letter), 3 most recent pay stubs, and a salary certificate for the remaining period of employment. all these documents were printed on the official letterhead.
i'm assuming by proof you mean cash stipend because bank transfers are easier to establish validity. so yeah, in this case ask the accounts department in your hospital to issue you pay stubs if you already don't have them. also have them mention this in your experience letter, that salary was paid in cash.
