Department: Issue Management & Corporate Advisory
Duration: March 10, 2014 - August 30, 2015 (17 months)

Job-2: Investment Bank-2
Position: Assistant Manager
Department: Issue Management & Corporate Advisory
Duration: September 06, 2016 - December 23, 2017 (15 months)

Job-3: Investment Bank-3
Position: Manager
Department: Issue Management & Corporate Advisory
Duration: December 23, 2017 - Present (08 months)

Total Experience 3 years 5 months. My experience are in same department of 3 (three) different Investment Banks, with same job responsibilities.

Can I claim 3 years experience with this??

● Assist private or public limited company for Capital Raising through Bonus & Rights Issue.
● Conducting Financial Analysis and Performance Projection.
● Preparation of Financial Model, Financing Forecasts and relevant reports
● Preparation of Prospectus and Information Memorandum.
● Assessment of financial performance to plan cash flows of different companies.
● Evaluation of financial risks of different companies.
● Preparation of reports and recommendations for various investment projects.

Yes you can mention as unemployed for the gap in Personal History, it has no bearing on your application and yes you can avail points for 3 years of experience.
