JOB DUTIES OR OFFICIAL DESIGNATION - CONFUSSED

Hello Seniors,

Please am a bit confussed as to differentiating the NOC Job desription and actually official designation.

An NOC of 1111 - is called Financial Accountant whereas in my office there is no such designation instead we have Head, Share Audit

Going through the NOC on the website there is no designation like Head, Share Audit.....whereas this person performs the duties stipulated under NOC 1111

Do we fashion our reference letter to suit the NOC? or do we just state what we do and claim the NOC still?

I hope application will not be rejected based on the fact that the JD is not same as NOC or ......

Please I need your urgent advise on this sesitive issue.

If your job duties are not similar to NOC then you are good in spite of the designation

What is important is your duties not so much of your qualification. Remeber even the code is for account and auditors so just state your duties but in your own words and dont use cic exact words

Also I read on forum today that some one was rejected because his job duties were exactly same as one mentioned in NOC job duties, so reframe in your own words

Dear Guys

do you mean (reframe in your own words) in the Application or in the referance letter

for me the application is the same like the NOC (copy & paste) but the JD is reframed in other words

is there any proplem with me
