Job during the OOPNP Process

Hi,

1) If I get job after applied the OOPNP-Master but that job is a part-time under 3 or 6 month contract. Can I apply work permit for this job ?

2) I applied the OOPNP-Master while I am in Toronto. If my permit to stay in Canada is expired, I still cannot find full time job, do I have to leave Toronto ? Do I have to re-apply the OOPNP-Master from outside Canada ?

1.) Ontario PNP will not provide job support letter to apply for work permit for master stream. That is to say you will need to have your employer apply for LMO and if there is positive opinion, you should apply separately for work permit.

2.) Yes, you must leave by the end of your permit while waiting for Ontario PNP decision. You do not need to re-apply for Ontario PNP when you leave the country. When approved, you can apply from your home country for the PR.
