Job Change using NSNP Certificate

Hi,

I have two questions.

1. I have an NSNP and have applied for my PR now i want to know if i can switch jobs and use the NSNP certificate to transfer my Work Permit to my new employer?

2. My NSNP Certificate has expired and i want to know if there is a way to renew it and it there is any benefit in getting it renewed?

no you cannot renew the nomination, you have to apply again

If it was an open work permit you may be fine.

However most work permit attached to the PNP nomination are fixed to your employer at the time.If your employer at the time of PNP nomination is printed on your work permit you may have to reapply altogether.
