Job change in the midst of PR application

Hi all, I have put down my papers at the current employers and plan to join an organization in my hometown which would result in change in my location and employment.
A. At the time of submission of PR application (done on 13th Sep 2018), the information was accurate. Am I required to indicate the employment and location change through the 'case specific enquiry form'?
B. Once the copr comes, how soon is one required to travel to Canada?

If you have already submitted PR application, then you are good. You can change your location and job.

You will have to land in Canada before your Medical expires.
