There are almost no cases of people getting jobs through job bank. If you want to try to find a job in Canada, recommend you look on sites like linkedin and workopolis for jobs instead.

Thanks for your reply ,i m looking for jobs and had applied to many jobs ,but still got no reply back .
Is it hard to get job in canada from outside .

Yes - it's extremely difficult. Next to impossible really.

@tobs Hi, I had created a Job Bank ID when I opened an express entry profile...Just wanted to know if I can create a profile for my husband too in Job Bank. It asks for a validation code which was given for me and not for him. Hence if anyone could guide me in opening an ID for him too.

I think the code is given for the PA only. Your husband doesn't need a job bank profile..the Job bank rarely helps anyone in getting jobs..
