Job bank

Hi Friends,

I have entered into Job bank using my EE prof num and i see few job postings which is listed in my dashboard

when i click on the postings its asking for( how to apply/Ask me later/will not apply) when i click how to apply the next page opens with responsibilities and wages below there is an email id when i click there is no response

will it take me to a next page (or) do i have to copy paste in my mail account ,please advice
