Job Bank "Your Express Entry information must be revalidated"

I submitted my profile on Aug 25 OOPNP , MyCIC status: eligibility in progress. Medical Passed.

I logged in to Job Bank (Account active), but it says: "Your Express Entry information must be revalidated"
After entering my EE application # and job seeker validation code, error says: " You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. "

Anyone can shed some light on this issue?

it's Ontario PNP human capital stream. Do we still have to take care of job bank? I just received GCMS notes showing no unsual updates.

Honestly I have no idea what to do
I also have the Ontario pnp and my express entry file is also under process

I called hrdc guys they said that call CIC Bcz they have your express entry database

Please follow these instructions.

Just go to the letter which u received from CIC before receiving your "CONGRATULATION" letter.
on that letter go to
To register with Job Bank:
over there
your Job Seeker validation code:
is available in digits form.

then go back to your jobbank account and enter your express entry reference number and then that code from this letter.and press enter and now the system with accept u and this red colour instructions will disappear now go and modify your profile because your all previous data has been deleted. after update then press activate profile.
thats all u r done. 8)
