My EE validity period successfully come to the end on 12/03/16 and I withdrawn my old profile at last day and create new profile at the same day. However I can not renew my job bank profile I try to validate it with new one Express Entry profile number and Job Seeker validation code but it gave me following error The form could not be submitted because 1 error was found:We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team.
I withdrawn my Job bank profile and start to create new one but again when I come to Step 3: User authentication it give me same error The form could not be submitted because 1 error was found: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team. I wrote to the Job Bank Team but have not get any respond up to now.
I kindly ask your advice what to do.
