Job bank Registration Help

Hi

I am trying to register in jobbank, after entering the SIN number and other details.
it is showing the error message ..
call to 1866... number

please any one have the same situation.
pls update me to complete this registration

Use the EE number to register in jobbank. Temporary SIN number won't go in.
