JOB BANK REGISTRATION ERROR

I created express entry profile successfully.

I got a message in mycic account related to job bank.

I tried to register on the given link in pdf for job bank

but in 3rd step (Step 3: Individual Account - Validation), it is giving below error:

The form could not be submitted because 1 error was found:
Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information.


I copied and paste my express entry profile number and gave exact job seeker code(2174), but still its continuously giving error.

I even went through different topics in the forum, stating that, I should enter last four digits of my passport number, however, even that is not working.

Please do help.

The code should be in your mycic messages. Are you sure you are not confusing it with your NOC code?

I am using my NOC code as job seeker code...so you mean to say that....NOC and job seeker code are different?


If yes...then...how do I find my job seeker code?

Your job seeker code is in one of the PDF documents in the correspondence in your MyCIC account.
It is different from your NOC
