Dear All,
I am creating an account in job bank but still i am not able to create account in job bank.
I follow below mentioned procedure.
Click on the "Job Match" link on Job Bank's home page.
Click on the "Try Job Match" button. It will be taken to the login page.
Click on "Create an account".
Read the terms of use and privacy statement and click on "I agree".
Enter your account details and click on "Continue".
A confirmation code has been emailed to you. Enter the confirmation code in the box and click on "Continue".
After this when I am going to complete validation information I click on below option
I have an Express Entry profile number or a temporary Canadian Social Insurance Number (starts with the number 9). I do not have a permanent Canadian Social Insurance Number.
Because I have no Canadian Social Insurance Number therefore I click above mentioned option.
Firstly, Then I put Express Entry Profile Number/ application no “E000123456” (10 digit) which I have received in my e-mail account as well as MyCIC account.
Secondly, I put confirmation code like 25371 (5 digit) under the option Job Seeker Validation Code which I have received in my email account. After that
When I click on continue option I received error message respectively.
Express Entry Profile Number
Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at http://cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information.
Job Seeker Validation Code
Error: Job Seeker Validation Code cannot be more than 4 characters long (you entered 5 characters)
Am I adopting wrong procedure or my application no is wrong or my application is incomplete?
How can get 4 digit Validation code? but I received 5 digit in my mail account.
I am trying two days but I am failing in creating account.
Please help here
Thanks in advance your all support.
