Job Bank Registeration is down?

Could anyone register for the job bank today? I know cic website was down yesterday but it seems to be working today. However, I still cannot register for the Job Bank. It gives this message: "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team."

I copied and paste what I commented. From my experience i keep on login in for a couple of times and it keeps on sending message that there's an error to their side. And luckily only just yesterday morning around 1am I already got the job bank registration. You just keep trying.

Sloution: Don't use Mac. Try windows IE and you will see the numbers in the PDF!!

Just applied on Express Entry and yet to register with Job bank, but i have an issue with Social Insurance Number; don't have any. Pls what am i supposed to put there, as well as the postal code? Pls help!

I can access the pdf and I even got to the part where I'm supposed to type in my EE Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code

However, I keep getting the following error everytime I try to submit the details:

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team."

Been trying to register for like last 4-5 days but no luck whatsoever

Sent a mail to Job Bank Technical Support but they said:

"Please be advised that this is a known technical issue regarding communication with Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s website. Our support teams are working tirelessly to find solutions. We invite you to try again at a later time."

Anyone else had any luck getting registered on Job Bank?

I've tried both Chrome and IE and I get the same error listed above

I see them fine on a Mac. Don't open in Safari, but in Preview or Adobe Reader.

Even i have been trying to create my profile on Jobbank but there seems to be a technical problem since last 3-4 days. Trying multiple times during the day but no luck

Just wait for 24 hours, it'll then work normally.

I too haven't been able to complete the Job Bank registration- I've been trying since Friday night. I am getting the same error- that there is a technical difficulty and to contact Job Bank support. I've tried via Safari on my Mac and IE/Chrome/Firefox on my other laptop. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Hi Chisom, for us we don't need to put Social Insurance Number.
There is an option (top right) for EE immigrants, click and you need to input EE profile # and verification code instead (given in the pdf file sent when you opened your profile).

Thank you @aayushri. I saw where to input the EE profile number as well as the code but the stage 3 of the Job bank registration has been a great challenge. Been trying for almost a week now but they keep telling me that they are experiencing technical difficulties. Not sure how long this will continue or what else i'm supposed to do to validate my Job bank account. Have tried IE, Safari, Google chrome and they are all the same thing. :-\

Guys try this (it worked for me anyways)

When you get the confirmation code link on your email - open it directly in IE (copy-paste the URL and the code)

Go through the logical steps on IE itself without opening any other browser

That seemed to work for me about 3 days ago

It could've been a one-off but atleast its worth a shot - I too had tried for like 10 days without success before then
