JOB BANK QUESTION

hello guys,

You must get confirmation of your nomination, register for Job Bank, or update your profile with a valid
job offer within 30 days. If you do not, your Express Entry profile will expire and you will not be
considered for permanent residence in Canada.

Does this mean i need a job or nomination something in 30 days? or is good enough that i registered with JOB Bank and i will be in the pool

Just get yourself registered in job bank and you are in the pool!

So, my question is if the job bank is active and the recruiters have stared picking up probable candidates form JB. I read somewhere that JB is not active yet and would be active by Sep or Oct. Is this true?
