Job bank profile problem

Hello, the other day when i created my job bank account, i logged in then changed my email address, now i cant log in

and im not able to create another account because its telling me that my Express Entry Profile Number has already been used... anyone can help me out please...

I also need to remove my profile from the job bank. Does anyone know how to delete the account?

Did you guys find out how to remove job bank registration ? Could you please let me know. i am in the same boat. :(

you can only deactivate it.
You cannot delete it yourself.

May be you can contact the job bank authorities to delete it if it is possible.

CIC says " If you decide not to submit a new Express Entry profile, you must deactivate your Job Bank account"

So no delete here. only deactivate.

Did you figure out how to deactivate ? I can't find an option to Deactivate my profile on the job bank.
