hi there all,
apologies if this question has been asked earlier but i really need to know what if someone gets a job through EE job bank. what are the next steps for Permanent residency ?do they get points for that on EE or something else ?

i thought the employer is completely aware of the LMIA and other stuff when they sign into Job bank as an employer to hire people? am i right ? or do we have to clarify that with the employer ? and is there any way to check on JOB bank posting that if the job is LMIA Approved or not ?

If all the jobs in Job Bank had LMIA it would be Christmas every day of the year. Job Bank is not an immigration specific site. People across Canada also look there for employment. It is also a way for CIC to monitor interest shown in posted jobs and I am sure they check the number of hits during the LMIA process.

oh okay ,yeah i didn't know that ,i thought job bank was strictly just for employers who wanted to employ someone for a specific post even if it requires for them to go through the LMIA Process
