Job bank & job offer requirement

Hello,

I fulfill all the requirements for 1221 - Administrative officers (NOC). My points are 426 and I hope the numbers will go down to 426 in near future.

My questions are:

1. Is registering to the job bank mandatory?
2. After getting registered in Job Bank, at least one job offer is a must have to secure an ITA even i got the required points?

2- no, my friend got his ITA without a job offer. Job offer gives you 600 points so with the 430 cutoff not everyone had a job offer

What do you mean by 430 cutoff? you mean the 434, the points of last draw?

so if the points come down to 426, and if i have all other things ready to fulfill other requirements then I will get an ITA. right?

supposedly. Even though i've been told (unreliable information) that sometimes they take people with specific NOC even if they have a low point over someone with higher point but not a needed NOC. I'm getting confused with all the information.

The points you can get for a job offer have changed. You can now get:

A. 200 CRS points for all NOC 00 jobs with a valid job offer
B. 50 CRS points for any other NOC 0, A and B jobs with a valid job offer

Nothing heard like that..but yeah..under oinp programme, applicants having crs above 400 gets a notification in their account to apply for pnp programme.

1- Yes you need to be registered in the job bank for your express entry profile be completed (Before ITA)

2- Actually the job bank profile is not really for you to find a job, is just one more requirement, No offer is needed to get ITA
