Job Bank - How to reset Security Question

Once I put email ID and a password, the job bank is asking me to provide an answer of a security Question, which I don't have.

I tried to reset my password, but there is also the security question involved.

Please help. How to reset my Security Question or Logiin to my Job Bank Account.

My account is shown suspended. I have sent feed back from link. But no revert till date.
Can anyone advice how it can be activated again.
As EE no. Is shown already used when trying to create new account.
I even don't know when I created this account on job bank
