Japanese girlfriend.

My girlfriend is from Japan and I am a Canadian citizen, her work visa has run out and she won't be able to get another one. This might be the wrong topic so I'm sorry if it is, but we were looking into perhaps applying for Common Law, unfortunately we only loved together for about three months and not officially, she's not on the lease. I'm wondering if we go live somewhere outside of Canada together for a year, can we apply for common law? Would she be able to come back and live with me?

I think It doens't matter where you and girl friend live, important thing is you need to prove that you two live together long enough and it is the real relationship to apply for PR.
But also you need to prove that you can support her(sponcership) when you apply.
