January intake right timing

Am mike from Ghana, I applied and got admitted to Toronto airways flight school for training in next January's intake, my study permit application is now fully prepared and ready for submission tomorrow. It delayed a bit due to the preparation of some supporting documents which was needed in my visa application. I want to know if I can still proceed to apply,am asking because of the time frame.

According to CIC, Ghana takes 20 weeks for visa processing. If you plan to apply offline the go ahead, VFS will tell you if you can or not. Otherwise, send an email to the embassy regarding this.
