Can I know how is the processing time calculated?

• From the date of submission or
• From the date I get a confirmation mail from Delhi high commission?
• Or from the date I submit my Bio-metrics

Also I gave my Biometrics 30days back through VFS Bangalore still I dont see any update on the online portal. Is that common?

All the processing time start after competition of the documents and our documents are considered incomplete until we submit the biometrics. So processing time start after submitting the biometrics.
