Hello po Ask ko Lang 4 kc kame sa LMO na kinukuha ng employer at meron na 1 na denied d ko lang alam sa 2 pa naming kasama d ko kc cla kilala kaya wala q balita sa application nila. Napapaisip kc ako kung nangyayari ba na 3 o 2 sa applicant ang na de.denied o hindi namn ? d kaya nakaka disappoint un sa part ng employer kung madami sa kinuha nya sa agency ang na denied.. nakaka stress 2 kc kame dun personal choice ng employer by referal d ko lang alam sa 2 pa naming kasama kong ganun dn sila .. na denied na yung isang kasama ko kaya doble stress saken .. any advice po ? Salamat po..

sa tingin yes.. in our case 4b kmi nahinire ng employer 3 kming magkakapatid din 1 neighbor. Our application were sent started december 17 w/ a wik gap. my application was refused last october 16, then my sister was also refuse last october 21. so yung brother ko at yung neighbor super worried n. Pero nung nkkausap ko yung employer namin sbi nya, she's seeking help to lawyers kung bakit nadenied visa namin in fact xia namn daw ang naghire at pinayagan ng canada, sabi daw ng lawyer nya baka maiconsider yung application. hopefully

I just received a txt this evening at exanctly 8:32 from air 21....it says may shipment daw ako , scheduled to be delivered on November 4, 2013. kinakabahan na ako dahil wala ko na receive na email.... update ko nalang kayo kung ano ang resulta.... sana iba na ang trend ngayon. Ang layo pa naman ng November 4,2013. Dati kasi noong naka receive ako ng MR ay on that day na received ko na agad ang package. Sana positive yon....

hayyy!!! salamat talaga mate...kasi nabuhayan ako ng mabasa ko...sana yan naman ang style and trend ng embassy ngayon...kahit walang email may approval...sana2x...bahala na I God atleast ngayon makatulog na rin ako na puno pa rin ng pag-asa. salamat talaga sa'yo ehmile24!...balitaan ko nalang kayo pag matanggap ko na package ko. gudnyt!

Just need you advices or ideas po kasi takot po ako talaga sa result sa visa ko. 22 yrs old po ako female and graduate ng bshrm sa bohol at may employer po ako sa fort nelson bali work ko dun front desk clerk aa motel. May experience po ako sa hotel and resort for a year. Gusto ko po malaman id eligible po ako magkavisa? Kasi ying pinsan ko na denied last week. February applicant po xa. August applicant po ako. Pls help po. I need your ideas pls

Just my two cents. If you are confident of the documents that you have submitted and is able to establish the veracity of such, then there should be no problem in attaining a visa. I have a sister-in-law who is younger than you and was still a student when she applied for visa, yet she was granted one. All she had to do was truthfully submit the requirements including certifications from her work experience.

exactly! and it all depends on the visa officer if he/she wants to approve your application or not, if they're considerate enough whether you have incomplete documents or experience they will still grant you a visa.
