ma'am perlyshell, nabasa ko mga post mo, i read na it only took you 3 days to have your visa after your final medical result, tama po ba?
bakit yung sa kin, wala pa din hanggang ngaun?
hindi ko alam kung iniipit ako ng agency namin or talagang mabagal lang ang processing o minamalas lang ako.

ito po timeline ng application ko.

Jan.2012 - passed the interview and exam of the employer

March 2012 - signed contract

July 2012 - medical at nationwide health system and re-medical (diagnosed w/ spot in lungs, 6 months treatment)

January 10, 2013 - final check up, received medical certificate from the doctor (makati med)

January 17, 2013 - date when Nationwide health system sent it to the canadian embassy.

April 9, 2013 - got a call from the agency that they've received a letter from the canadian emmbassy that they haven't received my medical clearance

April 10, 2013 - i went to nationwide health system to get a certificate/confirmation that they've sent it already. gave that certificate/confirmation to the agency and said that they will send it to the embassy on april 11, 2013

yes it took 3 days..nawindang aq s bilis and naawa nga aq s mga naghihintay..how I wish n sana nagwwork aq s embassy pra mga visa nyo eh madali n iprocess..hindi ko nga tlga alam kung paano nangyari ung s akin..pero thankful at nagkavisa agad agad..try to backread and malalaman mo ung story ko..

Then 40-45 days susuriin nila yun, pag okay mga dox mo, ipapasa na nila sa CIC sabay padadalhan ka ng MR. Then pag okay na yung medical exam mo, within 3-14 days ipapasa ng doctor directly sa CIC. Now, nasa final stage ka na. Ang verdict nasa VO, dito niya susuriing mabuti kung hindi ka nga ba tatakbo pagkatapos ng visa mo. Titingnan niya mabuti ang credibilidad ng employer na nasa LMO mo, mas matimbang siguro kung may history na sa pagkuha ng foreign worker kung sinuman ang behind sa LMO mo.
By the way, tama si ma'am pearly, dumaan ka kase sa agency kaya plus 90 days yun dahil susuriin din nila yung agency. prayers lang po para sa ating lahat. darating din yan kabayan.

hindi +90 days pag dumaan sa agency. sakin kasi agency ako pero 136 days lang inabot..
pero depende siguro sa agency, kasi un isa kong friend iba agency nia inabot sya ng 158 days

piasi is call center ng cem..tinatawagan cla for pickup docs pra s mga direct nag-apply ng visa s cem.

pero depende siguro sa agency, kasi un isa kong friend iba agency nia inabot sya ng 158 days

yun na nga po iyon, hindi exactly 90 days (more or less 2-3 months pa) pag under ka ng agency. pag ikaw mismo nag ayos, siguro within 2-3 mos. makukuha mo KUNG ayos lahat ng mga documents mo at ayos din ang medical exam mo at lahat just like the case of pearlyshell na in less than 60 days okay na. gaya po ng sinabi ko, obserbasyon ko lang po. case to case basis po ang lahat.

All visa applications are assessed by visa officers at the Embassy.
All temporary resident applicants (visitors, students and temporary workers) are encouraged to use PIASI services to expedite processing of their application; nevertheless applications can continue to be submitted directly to the Embassy.

it doesnt matter if u applied through an agency or not. Ur clock will just start clicking once the CEM receives ur application. Ang rason kaya medyo mabagal ang agency ay dahil sa dami din ng applicant na pinoproseso nila ay medyo delay ng kaunti ang pag forward ng application mo sa CEM. Kaya mas mainan na itanung sa agency kung kailan na receive ng CEM ang application mo, yung totoo di yung stimate lang. Nasa AOR din yan boss.

Kahit sino ka pang anak sa pinakamagaling na agency ay wala yan sa CEM.

based s exp q, bsta n lng dumating c mang air21 dala dala ang makapal n docs n akala ko refused aq dhil ang bilis ng process s akin..surprisingly, ksma s loob ang isang separate envelope,andun ang letter at passport ko..pagtingin ko visa n agad..nbsa ko nmn s ibang thread, magemail daw muna ang cem s knila then saka p lng nila hihintayin ung docs nila.

guys danny boy here taga sharja po ako U.A.E nag pasa po ako ng lahat ng papers ko last feb 20 2013 pa meron na po bang na approved na working permit? dyan sa embassy sa abu dhabi sa alberta din po ako kung saka sakaling mapag kakaloban ng working permit in gods will ......

umabot naman ako halos mag 5 months. Tumagal ng kaunti dahil dun sa passport renewal ko. Farming yung sa akin. Sa dairy. Lowskilled.
