No, only criminal offenses like dangerous driving or impaired driving are considered an issue. Traffic violations are considered under administrative/regulatory law which are not an issue.

Similar here. No LPP yet. So it seems we will be among those who have to complete the whole 7 months. (For Jan applicants processing time was 7 months.) I don't think the current 10-months processing time applies to us Jan applicants.

Great questions and it’s good that you’re being thorough.

1. Immigration and Citizenship section:
Yes, it’s generally a good idea to include all previous long-term visas like student, work, and even visitor visas if they’re relevant and still valid. Including your US student visa and B1/B2 is definitely right.
For short-term visas (like Schengen, Japan, China, etc.), it's not mandatory unless the form specifically asks for all past visas. But if space and format allow, adding them shows travel history and can support your application positively.

2. Travel Documents or Passports section :
You only need to add your passport(s) here , not the visas. This section is strictly for listing your travel documents, not the visa stamps or labels inside them.

According to IRCC the current processing time (10months) applies to us. It does not make sense but it is what it is. I believe the processing time will further increase in the coming months. Is your application in Vancouver? That seems to be the major bottle neck.

10-months does not apply to us. Upon submission of application (Jan 2025), what we had was 7-months. That applies to Jan 2025 applicants. Btw, today I got a ghost update. I hope I get my LPP done soon.

oh wow, nice! What was your AOR again? and ghost update is something where you see tracker's `last updated date` is updated but the status remains the same? I am AOR 15th Jan and still nothing

All items had a star beside them and date on the right corner got updated to May 22. It is a ghost update.

Congrats! Yeah I think you will see LPP in 1-2 days.

I am a bit stressed now :(, I think my application must also be in Vancouver but even in there my officer might be the busiest? Similar to you my application is also for a family(2), but AOR around 2 weeks earlier than you, no FP request, BG completed in Feb, test marked completed on March 4th and then radio silence. I might wait a week more and then order GCMS notes.

Requesting ATIP GCMS notes does not affect the processing of your application. The request is handled separately by the Ottawa office, which is responsible for extracting and redacting GCMS files. Due to the high volume of requests due to the huge number of visa refusals, the Ottawa office is extremely delayed, and it is common for applicants to receive their notes well beyond the 30-day statutory deadline.

Yeah I was not expecting it to affect the processing of my application but it can atleast give me clarity if it's stuck somewhere. You are right 1 month is a long time though
 
Does anybody have any idea about the processing times at the Scarborough office?

27 Jan: Submission
11 Feb: AoR
25 Feb: Background check completed
4 Mar: Test Invite
20 Mar: Tracker Updated.

No update since 20th March. LPP has been in progress ever since.

My processing office is Calgary. AOR 29 January. Haven't had any movement since March 22. Hoping to see something this week or next week.
