Haha! Nope, he's good.Soooo...my genius husband got a traffic fine for not stopping when a school bus had it's lights on...
Just checking... traffic court won't be an issue, right?

No, only criminal offenses like dangerous driving or impaired driving are considered an issue. Traffic violations are considered under administrative/regulatory law which are not an issue.Soooo...my genius husband got a traffic fine for not stopping when a school bus had it's lights on...

Similar here. No LPP yet. So it seems we will be among those who have to complete the whole 7 months. (For Jan applicants processing time was 7 months.) I don't think the current 10-months processing time applies to us Jan applicants.I have a similar timeline. FB requested around 28 Feb, BG completed Mar 7, waiting for LPP.
Hi,Hi, I am about to file my application and have the following questions. Thanks in advance for the help!
'Residence and Tax' -> 'Immigration and Citizenship' section
1. Should I add all the previous visitor visas and student visa details in this section? I did add my previous US student and current B1/B2 visa information but there are many other visitors visas such as Schengen, Japan, China and other countries I have had on my passport. Should I be adding all of them too?
'Residence and Tax' -> 'Travel documents or Passports' section
1. Here, I added only my passport information. Should I be adding the visas information here?

10-months does not apply to us. Upon submission of application (Jan 2025), what we had was 7-months. That applies to Jan 2025 applicants. Btw, today I got a ghost update. I hope I get my LPP done soon.According to IRCC the current processing time (10months) applies to us. It does not make sense but it is what it is. I believe the processing time will further increase in the coming months. Is your application in Vancouver? That seems to be the major bottle neck.
oh wow, nice! What was your AOR again? and ghost update is something where you see tracker's `last updated date` is updated but the status remains the same? I am AOR 15th Jan and still nothing10-months does not apply to us. Upon submission of application (Jan 2025), what we had was 7-months. That applies to Jan 2025 applicants. All items had a star beside them and date on the right corner got updated to May 22. It is a ghost update.oh wow, nice! What was your AOR again? and ghost update is something where you see tracker's `last updated date` is updated but the status remains the same? I am AOR 15th Jan and still nothing

Requesting ATIP GCMS notes does not affect the processing of your application. The request is handled separately by the Ottawa office, which is responsible for extracting and redacting GCMS files. Due to the high volume of requests due to the huge number of visa refusals, the Ottawa office is extremely delayed, and it is common for applicants to receive their notes well beyond the 30-day statutory deadline.Congrats! Yeah I think you will see LPP in 1-2 days.
I am a bit stressed now, I think my application must also be in Vancouver but even in there my officer might be the busiest? Similar to you my application is also for a family(2), but AOR around 2 weeks earlier than you, no FP request, BG completed in Feb, test marked completed on March 4th and then radio silence. I might wait a week more and then order GCMS notes.
Yeah I was not expecting it to affect the processing of my application but it can atleast give me clarity if it's stuck somewhere.
