I had the same situation but fortunately the consultant used my another e-mail for their purposes and that helped. What is not clear now is that will the test invitation also be forwarded to the same e-mail ID or the new e-mail which we provided during the application process?
That's a bug in the system. Eventhough your email is set, code goes to consultant if you used one before. Webform will not help fix it. Getting the code once from consultant is the way out currently.
Once again Thank a million. I contacted by previous rep and got code and created account. I hope IRCC fix this bug so other people have ease of creating account.
