Hello guys, need help please my LPP was completed since 29 April after that no update for oath. Do you I need to call them or submit a web form? Don’t know if something is wrong with my application. Its stress me out
Nothing.... hoping that they are not "punishing me" for not taking the given date. However, from the spreadsheet, it seems that Ottawa takes a good amount of time between LPP and oath, so I am trying to keep my cool.Have you heard anything yet? I still haven't, and my tracker is still showing the old in-person date of 8 July.
I'm in Alberta. Closest to Calgary, but not CLOSE to Calgary!I really don't think that there is much you can do. You can certainly call and ask for possible reasons why it is taking so long, but they will probably give you a random answer and ask you to wait. May I ask you where you are located? this probably influences the wait period, but, not sure.
Raise a web form and/or call IRCC.Friends, AOR 31 Jan. Only BG and Test done. Everything else pending. What do I do?
I am outside Canada since AOR. The IRCC number for citizenship grant status inquiries does not work from outside Canada. I have already raised a web form. What else can I do?Raise a web form and/or call IRCC.
Are you sure location matters? I am located in the US since getting AOR and have never been back. I already informed IRCC about my new address. I have even mentioned on my CRA taxes that I have emigrated out from Canada. Do they deprioritize applications of those who have emigrated out?I really don't think that there is much you can do. I think some people in this forum requested for GCMS notes which show specific information like primary and secondary processing offices for an application , various stages of background like security and criminality. You can use search engine to know how to request one.I am outside Canada since AOR. The IRCC number for citizenship grant status inquiries does not work from outside Canada. Yeah, I think it’s better to conclude the process no matter the type of ceremony you are given. Attempting to change it might cause indeterminable delay. Remember processing times have increased.Got my oath invite at 12:57 PM EST today (Jul 3)! It's virtual; I would have preferred in-person, but I'm not going to delay this any further.
Yeah I have read some people ended up with a 3-4 month delay after requesting to change the format.Yeah, I think it’s better to conclude the process no matter the type of ceremony you are given. Attempting to change it might cause indeterminable delay. Remember processing times have increased.
I'm in a similar situation and I'm a March 2025 applicant. Have you experienced delays with your application because of this? Are you sure location matters?
