Bio done 6 Jan
Biometrics of primary applicant completed on Jan 06
Mother biometrics shows we need fingerprint.
Raised Webform last week.
Jan 26th mother biometrics completed.
Jan 27th both applicant medical completed
Eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
How long it will take after medical?
Is decision will be positive after passing medical?

I would say apply through new IRCC portal. I applied through new portal om Jan 15th and got PPR today Jan 28th
