Applying for visitor’s visa,having problems to submit the form IMM 5257.The form gets to validate stage but it can’t be uploaded.Please help

I am having issues with the IRCC Portal. Its letting me progress after putting education and employment information. I’m I meant to put all the years I was in university as unemployed? Also, if I have a scholarship to attend a conference, will the letter from my university stating they’ll fund it be enough or do I need to also include my bank statements as well?

When did Eligibility compete on your application?
I'm trying to be optimistic by comparing your timeline to mine.
Your biometrics complete date is January 12.
Your passport request is January 23.
10 Days
My biometrics complete date is January 14. (IRCC Portal)
My passport request should be received by January 25. (If my application gets approval)
So do you think it is better to wait till I have the US visa to apply or it doesn't matter.
A US visa has nothing to do with approval or refusal. I've witnessed people with valid US, UK, and Schengen visas get refused.
CAN+ is about expedited processing time.
