Do anyone knows how long it take to receive Oath Ceremony invite?

We had a ghost update on our application. May 18th.

Nothing appeared to have changed except note "Star Symbol New Update" assigned to 4 activity status under Application history.

I hope this is a sign of eventual movement on the application very soon.

Update: I received the ceremony emails today. They came from Edmonton IRCC.
Does it mean our files have been transferred from Niagara to Edmonton sometime after doing our citizenship tests?
The only disappointment for us is that it's online after all. We were hoping for an in-person ceremony.
But, not going to complain, at least we're almost done.

The test invite came from which office? you can check that from the test invite email, there is PDF in it, on the last Page there is Contact US section, you can check from the email address

Hi i applied from Calgary and got test from Calgary

Its almost a month now since i gave the test and over 3 months since AOR. My back ground seems to have got stuck at Criminality ( No fingerprints request), and my application is not complex either ( not refugee, no security related items as i got my reliability just an year ago)...What do you guys think is holding up ? IRCC Call center has only one thing to say ( Just wait !!!)

I have a similar timeline AOR on 23rd Jan. Test completed on 14 May. BG is still in progress, stuck on criminality. I know it is criminality because I ordered GCMS notes after waiting for a test invite for 3 months. From the GCMS notes, it appears I am supposed to get a fingerprint request at some point, but I am not sure what the hold-up is in sending the request. Which is your processing office and did you get a fingerprint request yet?

Looks like we are in same situation , it says fingerprints required as per GCMS, but no request yet. It almost 3 months now in the same state . Though I got test invite from Niagara , it is at Sydney right now as per notes.
it’s so frustrating with the process , I had my reliability cleared last year ( ie they have all details already ) and haven’t been out of Canada much and no history which may cause for delay .
